SECTION 21 - ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GOLD/SILVER JEWELLERY

1. 7-Day Returns

You can return your item within 7 days from the date of delivery, no questions asked, for a full refund.
The refund is subject to a successful inspection (which may take up to 7 days from the date of receipt at our warehouse/store).
You must submit a video showcasing the return packaging, including:
- The original product
- The invoice
- The authenticity certificate
Personalized & Made-To-Order products are not eligible for 7-day returns, except in cases of spurious/defective products.

2. Claims for Non-Receipt of a Product or Empty Box

Any claim for non-receipt or an empty box must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt.
The claim must include an unboxing video showing the original outer seal.

3. Lifetime Exchange & Buyback (After 360 Days, Valid for 2 Years)

Gold coins are not eligible for exchange or buyback.

Exchange:

You will receive 70% of the value paid as credits.
GST paid at the time of purchase will be deducted.
The credit can be used:
- As a discount on future orders
- In your DLV JEWELRY Wallet for future purchases
Adjustments may be made based on product inspection.

Buyback:

We will value:
- Gold/Silver based on prevailing market value (adjusted for purity).
- Diamonds/Solitaires/Pearls at 70% of the value you paid.
GST cannot be refunded.
An additional 5% processing charge (on invoice value) will be deducted.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15-30 days (depending on payment partners).
Adjustments may be made based on product inspection.

4. Product Condition for Exchange & Buyback

If the returned product has missing stones, packaging, or damages, the amount will be adjusted accordingly.
If the damage is significant, the Company may refuse to accept the product.
The Company’s decision is final in all such cases.

5. Product Weight Disclaimer

Website prices are based on average product weight.
Actual product weight may vary slightly, and the invoice weight will be final.

6. Refund Timeline

Refunds take a minimum of 15-30 working days from the date of receipt at our central warehouse.

7. Documents Required for Return, Exchange, Buyback & Warranty

To avail of any benefits, you must produce the original invoice (hard/soft copy) and all certificates, including:
- IGI/SGL Certificates
- Warranty Card (strictly original and hard copy)
If any document is missing, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
If any certificate is lost, additional charges of:
- ₹2,000 OR ₹800 per carat (whichever is higher) will apply.

8. Exchange & Buyback Eligibility

These services are only valid for DLV JEWELRY products.
Jewellery from other brands will not be accepted.

9. 6-Month Warranty

A limited 6-month warranty applies to gold/silver and diamond jewellery.
The warranty covers pre-existing damages or manufacturing defects.
Does not cover:
- Wear and tear, mishandling, negligence, impact damage, or accidents.
- Surface finish, colour fade, or loss of stones.
If we cannot repair the item, we may replace it with another item of equal value at our discretion.

10. Product Variation Disclaimer

There may be up to 5% variation in weight, dimensions, or colour compared to the specifications mentioned.

11. Offers on Gold Jewellery

All gold jewellery offers apply only to diamond-studded gold jewellery.

12. Lifetime Plating Service

Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Return charges must be paid by the customer.

13. Gold Coins Policy

Returns, warranty, buyback, and exchanges are not applicable to gold coins.
