How much time will the order take to be delivered?
- At our company, we place paramount importance on delivering fast and efficient service, ensuring that your orders are promptly fulfilled. Our commitment extends to providing our customers with products that perfectly fit their needs and preferences. To ensure product quality, please note that it will take a minimum of 7 days for product preparation. Post-preparation, our delivery timeline starts: 10-12 business days for non-metro cities and 3-4 business days for metro cities, counting from the day of dispatch. Expedited shipping is available for products readily in stock.

What payment methods do you accept?
- The payment for your order is accepted through online transactions.
Are the prices inclusive of taxes?
- The price of all the products is not inclusive of all the taxes. The taxes are levied as per the government laws (bound to change as per the change in government tax laws).
Can the shipping address be changed?
- Customers can modify the shipping address before the product has been packed. After the packing of the product is completed, no modification in the shipping address will be accepted.
What is the shipping cost on each order?
- Shipping is free on all orders in India. No returns will be accepted on the orders, only exchange of size can be done.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once I place an order, can I cancel it?
Cancellation is possible only until the order has not been packed. Once the order has been packed and dispatched no cancellations will be accepted.
How many cancellations are acceptable?
Multiple order cancellations by one customer will lead to their account being added to our blacklist.
