Exchange & Buyback Policy

 

We offer an Exchange policy for products sold in India after 360 days, you can opt for an exchange or buyback on your jewellery purchased from DLV JEWELRY website in India for up to 2 years from the date of purchase. Gold coins will not be exchanged or bought back. Which is subject to review by our Quality Assurance team. During review, the team will examine if the product is free from any kind of tampering, damage, alterations, re-sizing, etc., which if the case product will not be accepted. 

  • Exchange: We will offer you credits 70% of the value you paid for them. However, GST paid at the time of purchase will be deducted. This credit can be claimed as a discount against your future orders or can be credited to your DLV JEWELRY Wallet, which you can choose to use against a future order. Adjustments may be made subject to product inspection.

 

  • Buyback: We will value (a) Gold/Silver (adjusted for purity) at its prevailing market value and (b) diamonds/solitaires/pearls at 70% of the value you paid for them as a refund. However, GST cannot be refunded. Further, an additional 5% of the invoice value will be deducted as processing charges. The refund will mandatorily be processed to your original payment method and may take 15-30 days for our payment partners to process. Further adjustments may be made subject to product inspection.

 

  • Please note that to avail of any of the features offered in the authenticity certificate (return, exchange, buyback or warranty), you must produce the original invoice (hard/soft copy), and all certificates including IGI/SGL certificates & Warranty Card (strictly original and hard copy). The absence of any of the documents will make the product ineligible for return/exchange/warranty. Loss of any one certificate will result in additional charges of Rs. 2,000 or Rs. 800 per carat – whichever is higher.

All payments regarding with Buyback shall be issued by RTGS or NEFT only, and in the name of the person mentioned in the Invoice. Please allow 15-30 days to receive the buyback payment in your account.
